Jianxing Cement Industrial Company makes a productive capacity of 750 thousand tons cement that trademark as “Zhuwang” included 42.5 and 32.5 regular portland cements, 32.5 mineral residual portland cement, paving cement, special cement and the type 782-3 high efficiency rapid coagulator of 5000 tons per annum. Huabao Aluminum Industrial Company is engaged in producing and deeply processing in aluminum alloy shaping, which has two extruding and oxygenation color up production lines, of which trademark “Gangyang” various of aluminum alloy shaping had a reputation for high quality to clients. The main products made in Kaima plastic company are PVC-U plastic pipes and HDPE of big diameter double walls ripple pipes.
PVC plastic pipe: This plastic product mainly made from resin added into special auxiliary reagent and to be extruded, which has been applicable to building drainage system.
Product characteristic:
①Good
physical & mechanical performance:Asfor PVC-U pipe PVC-U pipe s,the
mechanical yield strength in tension is>43Mpa and the Vicker softening
temperature is >79℃.It will not ruptured when it is compressed
to 1/2 of outsides diameter in the flattening test and the portrait recovery
ratio will be less than 3;As for pipe,the Viker softening
temperature is>77℃and
there is no cracks in the drop test at 0℃.
②Excellent
chemical resistance property: PVC-U pipe material has high quality acid &
alkali resistance and corrosion prevention performance,thus it is suitable
chemical industrial applications.
③Small
fluid resistance: PVC-U pipe material has smooth inner wall with roughness
coefficient of only 0.009,thus it has small fluid resistance.The flow rate is
30% higher than that of cast iron pipe with same caliber.
④Long service life:The product is with aging resistance performance and the average service life is 50 years.
HDPE of double walls ripple pipes: This product is a new plastic pipe material used to protection tube of communication cable, agricultural drainage and irrigation project, civil drainage and sewerage project, Colliery ventilation pipeline, chemical industrial pipeline, drainage for high way, culvert and fuel gas pipeline network.
